Our adventure began Friday afternoon. Icecat, Nexxie and Mr. Nexxie arrived
at my home. We loaded up Vickie, the Jeep, and headed north to the Catskills. Having summered there as a child, driving on Route 209 brought back lots of pleasant memories. After a 2 hour drive, we settled into our temporary digs and went out for some grub. Satiated with food, we headed back to our rooms for some sleep. Sleep? Get 3 fan fiction writers in the same room and you know what we talked about.....You'll have to bug Icecat62 for that. Rise and Shine!!!!! Randy's personal appearance was to begin at 10:00am. We entered the hall wearing our USAR1 T-shirts. Immediately we were spotted as fans. We all spent time talking with Randy. He signed assorted items for us. We also had the devine pleasure of meeting Kristen. She is such a DOLL! We had such a great time talking with her. She had photos from their wedding which she shared with us. It made me feel like I was there. What more can I say. I've been fortunate to meet Randy several times before, so I was kind of quiet and watched events unfold. It's always great to see Randy but it's even more special when you get to see him with other E! fans. The photos above are from my digital camera. The pictures added 10/22/04 are from Nexxie. Thanks! I will have other pictures once I have them developed. I hope you enjoy seeing them and would love some feedback. I will tell more once I have the next round of pictures. |
